QinQ tunneling must be enabled on the switch using the
system-tunnel-control
mode interface command can take effect.
When a tunnel uplink port receives a packet from a customer, the
customer tag (regardless of whether there are one or more tag layers)
is retained in the inner tag, and the service provider's tag added to the
outer tag.
When a tunnel uplink port receives a packet from the service provider,
the outer service provider's tag is stripped off, and the packet passed
on to the VLAN indicated by the inner tag. If no inner tag is found, the
packet is passed onto the native VLAN defined for the uplink port.
