Specifies how generator determines downstream
device count
HDCP Compliance
Specifies whether the 880 uses a downstream device count of 0 or the downstream device
count as specified by the SKSV command. This command only applies to the 1B-01 test
and the 3B-01 test when testing HDMI HDCP compliance. This is one of the Product
Capabilities Parameters (PCP).

0 = no downstream devices
1 = uses the valued specified by the SKSV parameter
