Justify pixel clock rate for DVI formats
Format editor control
Enables setting of the upper and lower bound for the pixel rate of the HDMI-D and
HDMI-H outputs. The command takes two parameters: 1) upper frequency parameter and
2) lower frequency parameter. You can set either values or both values but you have to
enter the first parameter if you want to set the second parameter value. The default values
for HDMI-H and HDMI-D are 165MHz for the upper limit and 25MHz for the lower limit.
