Audio Clock Recovery Data
Parameters (Audio Signal and Timing)
Sets the N value, and optionally sets the CTS value.
The XACR command takes effect (the new N and CTS values are encoded and
transmitted to the receiver) after the packet is gated on (DPTG command) and the
hardware has been updated (DPGU command).
