Probe Sync Pulse Vertical Delay
Special Sync Probe Pulse
Sets the line in the frame or field that the probe pulse occurs on the special sync output.
The PSVD? query returns the current PSVD value.

The FMTU command instructs the generator to use the new settings. The
updates the hardware to the new settings and redraws the test image.
