The setting procedures are as follows:
1. Firstly, adjust the "Low" level (voltage) of the Gap sensor.
2. Remove the label away from the liner.
3. Pass the liner through the media sensor. Align so that the media sen-

Sensor value is below 0.5(V). Set the Emit value as low as possible.
7. If the Sensor value does not decrease below 0.5 after you changed
the Emit value, press the
value.
8. Record the Sensor value got from the above procedures. This is the
value of "Low" level for Gap sensor.
Next, check the "High" level (voltage) of the Gap sensor with the proce-

9. Pass the media (attached with liner) through the media sensor. Align
so that the media sensor does not sense the I-mark (black mark).
10. Close the print head.

If the value is 1.0(V) higher than the "Low" level value you have
recorded, then this is the value of "High" level for Gap sensor.
If the difference of "High" and "Low" level is less than 0.9, adjust the
Emit and Receive value so that the difference is more than 1.0, or
adjust again from step 1.
12. The standard value of "High" and "Low" level for Gap sensor are as fol-
