6 Troubleshooting
Countermeasure
Confirm that the address of the
time server is correct.
Confirm that there is a connec-
tion to the time server.
If a calendar clock (RTC) is
installed the calendar can be
set manually and operation be
resumed without NTP function-
ality. To check or set the clock
go to System settings menu
and set Date and Time.
Install the print head.
Confirm to change to new
default settings and install the
print head with density same
as old head.
Adjust the media sensor level.
Use the correct sensor type.
Clean and adjust the media
path.
