If you encounter a lot of resistance when placing the fuser roller insert on
the new fuser roller, allow the fuser roller insert to cool down for approxi-
mately 5 minutes and then try again.

Install fuser roller
Replacing the fuser roller -
Place the fuser roller insert on
the new fuser roller.
Tighten the knurled screws for
the holder claws on the fuser
roller insert.
Remove the plastic cover from
the new fuser roller.
