Screen Reference
Map-to Station
This is the physical telephone used for calls to a virtual extension. Do not use an xmobile, xdid
or another virtual extension.
Media Complex Ext
When used with Multi-media Call Handling, indicates which extension is assigned to the data
module of the multimedia complex. Users can dial this extension to place either a voice or a
data call, and voice conversion, coverage, and forwarding apply as if the call were made to the
1-number.
For an IP Telephone or an IP Softphone, this is the extension already administered as an H.323
station type. You can administer this field if the IP Station field on the System-Parameters
Customer-Options screen is y.

Message Lamp Ext
Enter the extension of the station you want to track with the message waiting lamp.

Enter the extension of the physical telephone
number
used for calls to a virtual extension.
Usage
For MMCH, enter the extension of the data module that
is part of this multimedia complex.
For 4600 series IP Telephones, enter the corresponding
H.323 station.
For IP Softphone, enter the corresponding H.323 station.
If you enter a value in this field, you can register this
station for either a road-warrior or telecommuter/Avaya
IP Agent application.
Leave this field blank for single-connect IP applications.
