ATMS field is y on the Feature-Related System Parameters screen.
The figure below shows a common configuration for the ATMS Thresholds page of the Trunk
Group screen. This screen is only an example, and the fields shown below may change or
disappear according to specific field settings.

Enter y if Periodical Pulse Metering (PPM) pulses
should be collected from the public network to
determine call cost. If this field is y, the Frequency field
appears.
Usage
Enter the rate (pulses per second) at which outgoing
rotary pulses are sent over this trunk group.
