If the vector for Meet-Me conferencing allows a new party to join a conference
Note:
immediately, and that party is joining as an H.323 ip trunk user, the caller may not
have talkpath with the others in the conference. To prevent this, include in the
vector a short delay before a new party joins the Meet-Me conference, such as a
step to collect digits, a 1-second delay, or play an announcement. Since Meet-Me
vectors are always configured with announcements and digit collections, this
should rarely be an issue.
Conference Access Code
To ensure conference security, you should always assign an access code to a Meet-me
Conference VDN.
