Parameters - Customer Options screen is set to y.

Service Type
Indicates the service for which this trunk group is dedicated. The following table provides a
listing of predefined entries. In addition to the Services/Features listed in this table, any
user-defined Facility Type of 0 (feature) or 1 (service) on the
allowed.

Usage
Enter y to indicate that this trunk group provides support
for incoming SCCAN calls. Default is n.
Usage
Enter y to make Communication Manager signal the
calling media server or switch when an incoming call is
answered. You can only set this field to y if the
Direction field is incoming or two-way.
Usage
Enter y to send a release acknowledgment in response
to a forward or backward release signal.
