Output Format

The judgment results are output to DO0 to DO15.
The terminal assignment varies depending on the output method (judgment outputs A and B).
In the Case of Judgment output A
The judgment results for OUT0 to OUT3 are output to DO0 to DO15.
The judgment results for OUT4 to OUT7 cannot be output.

Turns on when judgment lower limit ≤ measurement value ≤ judgment upper limit.

Turns on when the measurement value is less than the judgment lower limit.

Turns on if the sensor cannot perform measurement.
• The workpiece is out of the measurement range
• The light density is insufficient
• Sufficient information on the measurement point cannot be obtained, even though the point
has been set in the measurement item menu.
(The image does not appear in the measurement range, the edge position cannot be detected,
and other abnormalities.)

DO18
Turns on during measurement.Will be turned off while the scene is
changed or set.
DO19
Turns on from the start of the measurement to the completion of the
profile data output if [Meas mode] is set to [Trg (External)] or [Trg (RS-
232C)].
