Input Format

The following types of input are available from the terminal blocks in the Run mode.

The measurement values are cleared and the Controller is restarted.
Settings that have not been saved are cleared, and the setting data saved
in the flash memory is loaded.
Triggers measurement.
The laser diode (LD) is turned off.
Force-zero is performed for OUT0.
To cancel the force-zero function, turn this terminal on for at least 1
second.
When the force-zero function is executed, the zero value is determined
using the latest measurement value even if the hold output or logging
output is specified.
