Compensating for Shift in the Position Direction Using
Reflectance
Specify the edge detection level in order to compensate for position shift by detecting the
reflection from the edge areas. The measurement value at this point is registered as the
reference position; place the workpiece at the correct position before starting the settings.
This function can only be used when [Reflectance] is selected as the detection method.

edge position and width).

Set this edge detection level at a location where the target edge can be
detected even if the workpiece moves horizontally.
The measurement target lines are automatically adjusted by the amount of
shift detected, and the measurement is performed.
