Inclination Compensation
Set the area for measuring the inclination. The measurement value at this point is registered as
the reference position; therefore, place the workpiece at the correct position before you start
settings.

Select [Detect set/Slant correct/Reference].
Setting Measurement Conditions (Expert Menu)
Height 1 (x1, z1)
The profile data is calculated so that the two positions
become horizontal, compensating for the inclination.
Set the regions in such a way as
to enclose the ranges where the heights
of two points can be measured.
