Logout Frame
The SRM console builds the correctable machine check logout frames
and passes them to the OS error handlers.
further process and subsequently log the formatted error event into
the system binary error log. The operating systems contain built-in
throttling mechanisms to handle high-volume bursting of these
correctable error conditions.
