Editing Annotations

On screen annotations can be revised. Revision can be
accomplished by adding or deleting text, or completely
removing all annotations by pressing Clear.
Editing while annotating

Backspace over any error(s) made. Blank spaces take the
place of the letter(s) that was there. Continue typing the
annotation after backspacing over all incorrect letters.
NOTE: Text does not adjust automatically.
To delete previous character(s):

To move through the text eight characters at a time:

NOTE: The Tab selection is found on the Set Up/System
Parameter menu page 1.

Press Backspace as many times as necessary to make the
deletion.
Retype the annotation from the point where backspacing
was stopped.
Position the cursor and type over existing text.
Press Tab to move to the right (Preset Keyboard Tab =
Normal).
Press Shift and Tab to move to the left.
Press Tab to move to the right (Preset Keyboard Tab =
Word)
Press Shift and Tab to move to the left.
