6 When the Collaboration Server enters Diagnostics Mode, the status MPM+/MPMx, CNTL/CNTL

1500/CNTL 4000 and RTM IP/RTM IP 1500/RTM IP 4000 changes to Diagnostics.

You can run Diagnostics tests on an MPMx/MPMrx card by double clicking any one of the

hardware components indicating Diagnostics in the status column.
