Administration Guide
Use the buttons to perform the following tasks:
configure a specific interface in the selected VLAN, select the interface's entry from table, click
• To
Edit, configure the fields as needed, and click Submit
• To configure all interfaces in the selected VLAN, click Edit All
Submit
to apply the changes.
• Click Refresh to refresh the page with the most current data from the switch.
To retain the changes across the switch's next power cycle, click System > Configuration Storage > Save.

VLAN Port Summary

Use the VLAN Port Summary page to view VLAN configuration information for all the ports on the system. To
access the VLAN Port Summary page, click Switching > VLAN > Port Summary in the navigation menu.

VLAN Port Summary Fields
Description
Identifies the physical interface associated with the rest of the data in the row.
The VLAN ID assigned to untagged or priority tagged frames received on this port. This value is also
known as the Port VLAN ID (PVID). In a tagged frame, the VLAN is identified by the VLAN ID in the tag.
Indicates how the interface handles untagged and priority tagged frames. The options include:
Admit All
Untagged and priority tagged frames received on the interface are accepted and
assigned the value of the Port VLAN ID for this interface.
Only Tagged
The interface discards any untagged or priority tagged frames it receives.
Only Untagged
The interface discards any tagged frames it receives.
For all options, VLAN tagged frames are forwarded in accordance with the IEEE 802.1Q VLAN standard.
Shows how the port handles tagged frames.
Enable
Discards a frame if the VLAN ID in the tag identifies a VLAN to which the port does not belong.
Disable
Accepts all tagged frames (factory default).
Identifies the default 802.1p priority assigned to untagged packets arriving at the port.
