Specifies external-test-only mode. The default value is 0, which disables this
mode. This command normally sends bursts of frames from each port under test
to every other port in the list. With -extonly mode set to 1, the command sends
only one burst of frames to each port from each ASIC pair-to-ASIC pair link. This
tests all of the external connections with only K * N frames instead of the N^2
frames required in all-to-all mode.
This mode is intended to be used in ESS/burn-in testing to optimize test time.
backport
tests only the external connections between each ASIC pair.
used to test the internal ASIC pair-to-ASIC pair paths. The values are:
