lowercase value out of range
uppercase value out of range
digits value out of range
punctuation value out of range
total strength specification out of range
history value out of range
minpasswordage value out of range
maxpasswordage value out of range
warning value out of range
invalid password expiration specification
lockoutthreshold value out of range
lockoutduration value out of range

passwdCfg is not supported when secure mode is enabled.
The -minlength value must 8 to 40.
The -lowercase value specified must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than or
equal to -minlength value.
The -uppercase value specified must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than or
equal to -minlength value.
The -digits value specified must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal
to -minlength value.
The -punctuation value specified must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than
or equal to -minlength value.
The total of -lowercase value, -uppercase value, -digits value, and -punctuation
value must be less than or equal to -minlength value.
The -history value must be between 1 and 24.
The -minpasswordage value must be between 0 and 999.
The -maxpasswordage value must be between 0 and 999.
The -warning value must be between 0 and 999.
The -minpasswordage value or -warning value must be less than or equal to
-maxpasswordage value when -maxpasswordage value is nonzero.
The -lockoutthreshold value must be between 0 and 999.
The -lockoutduration value must be between 0 and 999.
