Function
Press the Handsfree key to activate the
speaker.
Four programmable line (DN)/feature keys
(self-labeled) are configured for various
features on the IP Phone. One must be the
prime DN key.
A steady LCD light beside a line (DN) key
indicates the feature or line is active. A
flashing LCD indicates the line is on hold or
the feature is being programmed.
The Message Waiting light turns ON to
indicate that a message has been left for the
user. This light also flashes when the set
ringer is ON.
Soft keys (self-labeled) are located below the
display area. The LCD label above the key
changes, based on the active feature.
Note: A triangle before a key label indicates
that the key is active.
Use the navigation keys to scroll through
menus and lists in the display area.
Press the Inbox (Message) key to access
your voicemail box.
The Outbox/Shift key is a fixed key that is
reserved for future feature development.
Press the Directory key to access Directory
services.
