Terms you should know Attendant A telephone operator in your organization. Calling Party Name Display Information appearing on the LCD display screen such as the caller’s name and telephone number. Interrupted dial tone A broken or pulsed dial tone, heard when you access some features on your telephone. Message (Inbox) A fixed key on the IP Phone 2001 that connects to your voice messaging system when the key is pressed.
