If [E0.73] = 0.00, 'Skip frequency' function is inactive.

If acceleration or deceleration is stopped by stall protection (over

current or over voltage), stall protection has priority. The frequen-
cy converter is running with constant output frequency inside the
skip-window as long as stall protection is active.
