VIDEOJET decoder 7000 Installation | en Installation Preparations The decoder and the power supply unit are both intended for use indoors only. Select a suitable location for installation that guarantees to meet the environmental conditions. Notice! The ambient temperature for the unit must be between 0 and +40 °C (+32 and +104 °F). The relative humidity must not exceed 90%. - Page 12 | Installation VIDEOJET decoder 7000 When mounting the unit on the rear side of a monitor, ensure that there is adequate ventilation and enough clearance between both units and walls or other monitors, especially with several monitors mounted side by side on a wall.

Good day, I have Videojet decoder 7513 in my location, however this even though it's on the network with my BVMS I cannot add it to the BVMS. 1. I tried the scan for Decoder option in the config client, yet the device could not be located. 2. When i ping the decoder IP address i get a "destination unreachable" reply 3. I also discover that on directly connecting a monitor to the decoder, there was image on the screen. please I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue Thank you.
