The motor can move a little even if the command offset
has been automatically adjusted. This is because the
noise in power voltage or the power voltage changes. In
order to completely stop the motor in analog command,
operate in Zero-Clamp Speed Control Mode.

Offset
- Operate when Servo is ON.
- Up key operates the offset in forward rotation direction.
