When the speed command desired by the user is not in the multiples
of 10, set to LED No.2=1 of SEt-46 and change the unit of the value to
[RPM/10V]. When setting SEt-01=1553, motor is rotated in 1553[RPM]
with 10V speed command.

Thus when setting 10V, motor rotates in 3000RPM.
