4.22. Replacement of integrated PLC
General
As an option, the PLC AC500 can be integrated in the IRC5 controller. AC500 is built up by
modules. Each module can easily be removed from its terminal base and be replaced.
Removing the terminal base must be done from right to left.
Location
The integrated PLC is located on the inside of the IRC5 cabinet door.
Remove module from terminal base

Action
1. Disconnect all connectors
from the module.
2. Press the buttons on top
and under the module and
pull it out.
