4. Ensure that wires are correctly routed
through BSA cable router. Feed up CU and
BSA harnesses through holes in cover. See
Figure 10‐2.

5. Reinstall ferrite cores. See Figure 10‐3..

6. Viewing from the rear of the chassis, the
cable connections should be as follows:
• Left side: 10‐pin connector and a
smaller connector with purple wires.

• Right side: 12‐pin connector and a
smaller connector with orange wires.

7. Install cover and thread (12) new BHCS, M6
x 1.0 5x14, 6‐lobe screws (20540‐00001)
through chassis cover into chassis. See
Figure 10‐1.
8. Using a T‐27 6‐lobe wrench, drive each
screw and torque to 6.0 N‐m.
9. Perform post‐service tests (page A‐1).
