serviceable power base
Comprises the following components:
chassis, cover, gearboxes, motors, CU boards,
BSA, pivot base, console electronics. The
Wireless InfoKey controller is bound to the
serviceable power base. The serviceable
power base can only be serviced by a trained,
authorized Segway technician.
torque wrench
A wrench that measures the amount of
turning and twisting force applied in
tightening a nut or bolt.
user interface console (UIC)
Comprises the battery charger power supply,
the console radio (used for communicating
with the Wireless InfoKey controller), and the
user interface LEDs.
Wireless InfoKey controller
Operates and monitors the Segway PT. The
Wireless InfoKey controller has four buttons
around the outer edge and a display in the
center.
