FRONT BRAKE
Inspect
the
brake hoses, pipes and fittings for deteri-
oration, cracks and
signs of
leakage. Tighten
any
loose fittings.
Replace hoses and fittings as required.
REAR BRAKE
BRAKE
LEVER
Check
the
cable,
brake lever
and
brake pedal for
loose connections, excessive
play or other damage.
Replace or
repair if
necessary.
For
cable
lubrication
:
Disconnect the brake
cables at
the brake lever
or
pedal
ends.
Thoroughly
lubricate the
cables
and thei
r
pivot
points
with commercially
available cable lubricant.
Measure the rear
(parking)
brake
lever
freepley
at
the end
of
the
brake lever.
