Remove the trim clips,
radiator
side plates and
radi
-
alor grille
plate.
Check the radiator air passage for clogging or
dam-
age.
Straighten bent fins with a small, flat blade
screw·
driver
and remove
insects, mud or other obstruc·
tions
with compressed air or low pressure water.
Replace the radiator if the air flow is restricted over
more than
20%
of the
radiating
surface.
Installation is in the
reverse
order of removal.
Install the
front fender (page
2·11).
DRIVE SHAFT BOOTS
Check the drive shaft boots for cuts or other
dam·
age.
If the boot is damaged,
replace
it (page
17·7).
