Clean the gasket surfaces of the cylinder and
crank-
case
thoroughly.

allow
gasket material into
the
crankcase

Blow through
the oil
passage
(stud
bolt hole) in the
cylinder with compressed
air.
Install the
cam chain guide into
the
crankcase so
that
its
end rests
in
the
groove
properly
as
shown.
Install the dowel pins
and a
new gasket.
Apply engine oil
to the
cylinder
wall,
piston outer
surface
and piston
rings.
