PRIMER KNOB
Install the
spring
primer knob assembly, and tighten
the two
screws
securely.
VACUUM CHAMBER
Install
a
new O-ring
into
the air joint groove.
Install the
set
plate into the air joint
groove.
Install the air
joint
into the
carburetor
body,
aligning
the
set plate groove
with the
lug on the carburetor
body,
and
tighten the screw.
Install the needle
clip
onto the
jet
needle.

Install
the washer
onto the jet
needle
and
insert
the
jet needle into the vacuum piston.
Install the
spring
into
the
needle holder and set
t
he
needle holder
into
the vacuum piston.
Turn the needle holder 90 degrees
clockwise while
pressing
it
until
it
locks.
