FRONT DRIVE SHAFT
REMOVAL
Remove the front wheel (page 14-14).
Remove the cotter
pin
and loosen the hub nut.
Remove the cotter pin.
Remove the tie-rod ball joint nut while holding the
joint stud flats with an open end wrench.
Remove the tie-rod from the knuckle.
Remove the two bolts and splash guard.
Remove the cotter pins and loosen the castle nuts of
the suspension arm ball joints, but do not remove
them yet.
