Check the diaphragm for holes, deterioration or
damage.
FLOAT CHAMBER
Remove the four screws and the float chamber.
Remove the baffte plate.
Drive out the float pin from the throttle stop screw
side using a pin driver.
Remove the float and float valve.
Check the float for damage or fuel in the float.
