LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Remove the four bolts and
the
oil cooler from the
radiator.
INSTALLATION
Install
the
oil cooler onto the
radiator
and tighten
the
four
bolts
securely.
Coat
new
O-rings
with engine oil
and
instal
l them
onto the oil cooler pipe
joints.
Install the pipe joints onto the oil cooler.
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.
•
Check the oil level and add
the
recommended
engine oil
if
the
level
is low (page 3-12).
OIL STRAINER
CLEANING
FOR FEED
PUMP:

Remove the
front mud
guard (page 2-8) and inner
fender (page 2-9).
Disconnect
the
engine oil
temperature
(EOT) sensor
connector and
remove the EOT
sensor.
Remove the bolts and oil
pipes
from
the
oil tank.
