INSTALLATION
Install the wheel hub and hub nut onto the knuckle.
Tighten the hub nut to the specified torque and
fur-
ther tighten
it
until ils grooves align with the
cotter
pin
hole.

Install a new cotter pin.
Install the front brake
caliper (page
16-14).
Install the front wheel
(page
14-14).
SUSPENSION ARM
REMOVAL

Remove
the
wheel
hub (page
14-18).
Remove the brake disc guard bolts and brake disc
guard.
Remove
the
cotter pin.
Remove the tie-rod ball joint nut while holding the
joint
stud
flats with an open end wrench.
Remove the tie-rod from the knuckle.
Remove the
cotter
pins and
loosen
the
ball joint
cas-
tle nuts, but do not
remove
them
yet.
