Install the brake lever bracket and holder with the
punch mark facing
up
by aligning
the
locating pin
on the lever bracket with the
hole
in the
handlebar
switch
housing.
loosely
tighten the bracket
holder
screws.
Align the edge of the brake lever bracket with
the
punch mark on the
handlebar,
and tighten the upper
bracket screw first, then lighten the
lower
screw.
Tighten
the
upper
handlebar switch screw
first,
then
tighten the lower screws.
Install the front brake master cylinder
and
holder
with the
~
UP"
mark
facing
up.
Align the edge of the
master cylinder
with
the
punch mark on
the handlebar, and tighten
the
upper
bolt first, then
tighten the
lower
bolt.
TORQUE:

Connect the brake light switch connectors.
Install the throttle
housing
and holder against
the
master
cylinder.
Align the lug on the throttle housing with
the
mat-
ing surface of the master cylinder and holder, and
tighten the front screw first, then tighten the
rear
screw.
Install the breather hose.
Install
the four wire bands as shown.
