7.4.1 STAND-BY

STAND-BY is the state condition in which the equipment is
positioned at start-up (or for switch-off), on hold for start of
ventilation in selected ventilation modality.
In STAND-BY select the operative mode, set and/or modify all the
ventilation parameters (PRF) relevant to the concerned operative
mode.
The PRF can be adjusted also during the operation of lung
ventilator, adapting them to the patient clinical conditions.
