The manual ventilation can be
effected by the bag connected to the
"BAG" connector positioned on the
breathing system through the supplied
manual circuit.
On the work-shelf keyboard must be
selected the APL key (green led on).
During manual ventilation, with MAN
operative mode activated, it is
possible to detect on the display the
pressure curve and the various
parameters monitoring.
Set on flowmeter box enough fresh
gases for the correct ventilation of the
patient.
APL – Airways pressure limit regulator
In the manual ventilation the APL regulator is used for determine the
maximum value of such pressure in the airways.
