Enables/disables an extension's ability to store Abbreviated
Dialing numbers. With this disabled, an extension will display
only the name assigned to the Abbreviated Dialing number -
the telephone number will not be displayed. This could be used
if you wish to prevent Account Codes from being displayed.

Enables/disables extension's ability to record, erase and listen
to VRS messages

Enables/disables extension's ability to dial 4 or Service Code
711 and listen to the General Message
