Start assembling the first Cheapskate by inserting four #6-32, 2" pan head screws into the outer
plate as shown below. Make sure you keep the same orientation in the photo – you want the eyes
"looking" to the left.

Now install the roller bearings equipped with
the eccentric spacers.
You'll note that the bulges on the two
eccentrics are aligned. This is very
important! If they're not lined up, you'll have
problems getting the Cheapskates adjusted
properly.
