STEERING WHEEL ADJUSTMENT

Position of steering wheel is adjusted by height
and inclination. Adjustment mechanism is provided with
the system of pneumatic lock and lock release.
Adjustment of steering wheel position
1. Stop the vehicle.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Press on the lower part of the steering wheel
lock/ unlock switch (see Fig. Steering wheel lock/ lock
release switch). Steering column is unlocked.

4. Adjust position of steering wheel by height and
inclination.
5. Press on the upper part of steering wheel posi-
tion adjustment switch. Steering column is locked.
If the steering column locking mechanism is not
locked, roughly in 10 sec. after lock release the steering
wheel is automatically locked.
Attention!
Do not adjust the steering wheel while in motion,
otherwise you may lose control over the vehicle han-
dling.
Adjustment is performed only in a steady vehicle,
with engaged parking brake.
