THE LOWER BUNK

Setting of the lower bunk into operational state
1. Raise slightly the lower bunk and detach the re-
taining belt 3 from the hook 4 (see Fig. Fixation of the
lower bunk).
2. Throw the lower bunk down.
3. Fixate the rubber clamp 1 on the safety clip 2,
the lower bunk is fixed.
4. Fasten the retaining belt 3 to the back wall us-
ing hook-and-loop tape.

Lifting of the bunk
1. Draw the rubber clamp 1 down and detach
from the safety clip 2.
2. Detach the retaining belt 3 from the rear wall.
3. Raise up the bunk.
4. Stretch the retaining belt 3 and fix it on the hook 4
on the lower side of the bunk.

Installation of guard mesh
Before starting the trip fix the hook 1 of the guard
mesh on the eye ring 2 on the cab ceiling (see Fig. Guard
mesh).
The belts disassembly is prohibited. In case of
straps soiling, wash them with soft detergent.
In case of serious belt damages (worn straps,
cuts, failure of draw-in device) as well as at critical
loads in road accident, the belt should be changed by the
belt of the same model.
