DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
OF WHEELS IN VEHICLES
Wheel dismantle
1. Apply the parking brake.
2. Place the chocks under the wheels.
3. When disassembling the tire, release air from
the tire completely.
4. Undo the disk attachment nuts, remove disk (if
any).
5. Slacken the wheel nuts.
6. To install the jack:
- for the front shaft of the thrust journal (see Fig.
Lifting the front wheel);
- for the rear shaft of the thrust journal (see Fig.
Lifting the rear wheel).
7. Lift the wheel using a jack. Place trestles.
8. Undo ten nuts attaching wheels to hubs. Take
down the outer and the inner wheel.
Attention!
It is forbidden to change vehicle wheels if vehi-
cle is jacked up only, without trestles.
Be sure to remove jack immediately after work.
