Set the number of harmonics to be measured.

Range: 2 to 10, limited by the maximum frequency range of the
analyzer
Remarks: This command sets the number of harmonics to
measure before computing the total harmonic
distortion. The minimum number is two (the
fundamental and the second harmonic).
