Range: Maximum negative frequency to the maximum positive
frequency. The maximum positive frequencies are:
ESA E4401B, E4411B: –80 MHz to 1.58 GHz
ESA E4402B, E4403B: –80 MHz to 3.10 GHz
ESA E4404B: –80 MHz to 6.78 GHz
ESA E4405B: –80 MHz to 13.3 GHz
ESA E4407B, E4408B: –80 MHz to 27.0 GHz
