Telescopic dipper (if equipped) - draining

Ensure the drain port (1) in the end of the dipper is kept
clear to prevent accumulation of water inside the unit.
Check the hole for hydraulic oil traces, which would indicate
the presence of a pressure loss in the cylinder.
